Tired of doing regular deadlifts all the time? Progress the hip hinge movement with this rotational deadlift!
The overarching goal remains the same: hinge at the hips, keep a neutral spine, and contract the glutes when coming up to standing. The difference is the trunk rotation; resulting in core and spine stabilizer activation. Benefits of this movement include improved functional movement, enhanced core stability, and increased hip mobility.
