Parts of narcissistic abuse you haven’t heard about.
Healing the layers of narcissistic abuse takes years and years and years. Last night, in a meditative state, I was shown my belief systems that kept me trapped in the cycle. I was blown away because I thought I healed it all. And nope …there was more.
In meditation I became the observer of an argument where the projection and manipulation was extreme. And then I watched myself go in isolation to try to make sense of all that I experienced and was holding. Through this process I realized that I could only integrated at the level I was at. I created stories of compliance and found all the ways I was wrong (and many ways I was right too) just to keep the peace. These stories of keeping the peace lived in my body as inflammation and holding toxicity rather than releasing it (this is what leads to auto immune or deeper diseases if not rewritten).
My stories of keeping the peace was locked into my nervous system repeating the cycle.
So in my meditative state I leaned in to listen to my voice telling myself all the ways I excused the behavior and accepted it. And I was gripping these stories because they were the structure that kept me alive. I was terrified to let them go because they kept me protected for the next time. A few days ago I experienced a next time and I spiraled. But through my spiral, I was shown the final pieces to closing the chapter (insert celebrating balloons 🕊️🎉)
If you’ve been in a narcissistic relationship, it’s not in your head. Your reality changes based of what is best for the narcissist and not you. At all costs.
Unraveling these layers, please please, please; do it with someone who has healed their own experience so they understand the depths of physical, mental and spiritual support you need. If the person holding space for you hasn’t been through it, then they don’t carry the keys of completely healing the entire thread. You can do it 🙌🏼🤍🙌🏼
Sending you all great love on this human journey 🤍🕊️ Cori
