Still thinking about the beautiful space created at this event the other day. I had the honor of offering Reiki alongside 3 other practitioners during the sound healing, and it was such a special experience to witness.

So much release, emotion, softness, and connection in the room. Really grateful to be part of spaces like this 💜

This past weekend I was asked to host a private floating sound bath and it turned into such a beautiful evening.
Watching everyone drift on the water while the sun set and the sound carried across the pool was pure magic.

So grateful to create these kinds of experiences.

Today’s Sound + Acu was something special ✨

The instruments and Pamela’s (Gentle Strength Holistics) gentle ear acupuncture created a deep nervous system reset in the room. Shoulders softened, breath slowed, and the space dropped into true stillness.

Sound paired with three tiny ear points = effortless rest.
No body needles, no pressure, just calm and regulation.

Endless gratitude to for opening their doors to us. The energy of that space was so welcoming and held this experience beautifully.

We’ll be doing this again.
