The Helping Parents Heal conference is just so so good!!I LOVED David Kessler - his presentation was so beautiful and what a lovely man. Mark Anthony (I’ve had a reading with him and it was 🔥) info on the frequency of the afterlife was a YESSS from me - and Maureen Hancock who is hilarious and wow is she also a great medium.

The energy is super intense for me - I can feel the spiritual energy and it’s palpable.

This conference more than anything - has made me feel so normal!! And it waking me up to my already very present channeling abilities. 🩵🙏🏼

Your power cannot and does not come from anyone or anything outside of you. It comes from within. Authority is to be the author of your own damn life. I hereby descend any and all agreements ever made with this insane society that is constantly trying to tell women what to do, how to look, and who to be.

Living from your own sovereignty and authority - THAT is what success is. That’s where beauty and power come from. And YOU are the one who measures it.

I had so much fun this year getting to judge the eWomenNetwork N. America’s Next Greatest Speaker competition that I won last year - and it’s sooooo much more relaxing on this side of the fence! Plus I got to know Business Coach | Personal Brand Expert | Speaker and Amberly Lago Keynote Speaker & Hope Dealer better and what lovely humans they both are.

We started chatting because someone was rather rude to Amberly and she said how she’s had that experience where someone is rude and how their whole attitude changes when they find out who she is.

I’ve had that happen too. So we decided to share a PSA. You never know who someone is - or what they’re going through and it’s not that hard to choose kindness over being rude anyway.

And it’s so much classier. 🥂🩵

Reality isn’t what you think it is. When you wake up in the game, you realize that what you were calling reality was just a collective agreement of limitation and a mass belief in falsity.

I have hundreds of heart shaped cloud photos on my phone since Feb 2025 and zero before that - and I’m the kind of person who notices - especially hearts and my collection of hundreds of heart shaped rocks!

Ask for a sign today. Make it specific. Expect to see it and keep your eyes open. And when you receive it say Thank You!!

Spirit delights in your awareness of it and miracles love gratitude. The more you notice and receive with thanksgiving…the bigger the gifts and miracles.

Because what you and I call a miracle is in Reality, accessing the realm of all potential and possibilities - and speaking to what you want handed back to you.

So why limit it? ☺️🩵

What an emotional day for me. It’s so bittersweet. People ask me “are you excited?” The answer is no. I’m not. Excitement isn’t at all what this feels like.

It’s more like bittersweetness. With grace. And humility. And responsibility. And deep knowing. And so much love.

I pray it helps. Because grief is so hard. And none of us have been taught that grief is as powerful a force as love because grief IS love taken away. And it never heals.

You learn to live with it. And let it be your teacher and guide. You surrender. And in that you discover that in these deepest pits of darkness and despair, there is a light to be found there. And this light will guide you back to the surface, so you can breathe, and find a moment of peace before it carries you back down to excavate more buried grief that were never expressed. Again and again and again. I miss my son so much my heart aches for him.

And this is his legacy. This is what he taught me. How to grieve. And how to do it awake, and to let it awaken you more and more and more…until all that remains is Love.
