Stop what you are doing you amazing high-achiever.
You didn’t hear this from me, but…
Your brain 🧠 is a prediction machine.
Where your focus goes your energy flows.
You have equal opportunity to focus on a happy 😃 fulfilling thought as you do a negative one.
Some might say Stress-less and here is how…
I challenge you the next time some stressful negativity creeps in… I double dog dare you to stop 🛑 take a deep breath 😮💨 , put a smile on your face 😁, make a move- stand up 🧍♀️🧍♂️, look up, 👀 keep smiling, 😊 and think of a happy thought 🥰 (something beautiful that has happened in your life) and let me know if that negative thought hangs around!
PRO TIP: Make a list of at least 10 things that make you smile and WRITE THEM DOWN…that way when you need one quickly they will be quick to retrieve.
