While traditional Usui Reiki focuses on channeling universal life force energy to support balance, relaxation, and energetic alignment, Shaman Infused Reiki blends Reiki with shamanic healing practices to create a different style of healing experience.

Diyon’s approach incorporates intuitive guidance, energetic clearing, grounding practices, and spiritual healing techniques alongside Reiki energy work. The intention is to support not only relaxation and balance, but also emotional and energetic release in a more spiritually focused way.

Recently I’ve been very in my head about not being able to juggle everything going on in my life. But I remembered when I mess something up in volleyball—especially something I know I’m capable of—I don’t say “I’m sorry.”

I say, “I’ll do better.”

Because I’m not here to apologize for being human.
I’m here to get better.

And if you’re on a healing or growth journey, you get this…

You already know where you’re falling short.
You’re already thinking about it, replaying it, adjusting.
You don’t need it pointed out—you’re in it.

So let me remind you of something:

You don’t owe anyone perfection.
You don’t owe anyone apologies for being in progress.

You owe yourself grace…
and the decision to keep showing up better.

Growth doesn’t come from beating yourself up.
It comes from ownership—and choosing again.

For the summer, I’m shifting things a bit—shortening retail hours and opening up a limited number of additional 1:1 session spots. My schedule has been filling, so if you’ve been feeling the nudge to book, I wouldn’t wait too long!

New shop hours will be 1–5pm on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays through Labor Day then I’ll reevaluate. Excited to lean into this season a little differently and spend more time in the sunshine with my family.😎
