Don't wait until the dreaded “back-to-school sniffles" hits your kids and the rest of the household. 🤒

On average, elementary school children get 6-8 colds each school year, according to John Hopkin’s Medicine. For high school kids, it's about half that.

Stay on top of your health this upcoming season.

✅ Take your elderberry daily. Around someone sick? Take it morning and night.
✅ If you do get sick, take elderberry every 3-4 hours during the day until symptoms disappear.
✅Stay hydrated. Drink tons of water!
✅ Rest Up! Make sure your kids are getting adequate amount of sleep.
✅Healthy food choices

A daily dose of the elderberry syrup can with the use of local honey can do wonders for those with allergies and sinus infections too! 👀
