NOT EVERYONE WITH BACK PAIN NEEDS SPINAL DECOMPRESSION.

That may sound surprising coming from an office that uses decompression—but it is exactly why the evaluation comes first.

Before recommending a direction, we look at your history, how the condition affects your daily life, what you have already tried, the examination findings, and whether imaging is clinically appropriate.

Sometimes spinal decompression may be appropriate.
Sometimes another treatment direction makes more sense.
Sometimes a referral is the right answer.

The goal is not to put everyone on the same treatment. The goal is to understand your individual condition before making a recommendation.
