At Crossroads Care Clinic, our mission is to provide compassionate care, essential resources, and unwavering support to women and families facing unplanned pregnancies. We now offer a Transitional Prenatal Care Program! We provide pregnancy confirmation, limited ultrasounds, prenatal vitamins, education, community resources, and an appointment with an advanced practice provider. We want new moms & dads to know that the CCC is a safe, welcoming place. Waiting until 12 weeks or later for that first OB appointment can be stressful, especially during a first pregnancy, and our goal is to help bridge that gap!

At CCC, we offer transitional prenatal care for women who have confirmed their pregnancy but are still waiting for their first appointment with the OB provider who will care for them throughout pregnancy.

We know waiting until 12 weeks or later for that first appointment can feel stressful, especially during a first pregnancy. Our goal is to help bridge that gap by providing a safe, welcoming place to ask questions, receive support, and feel reassured along the way.

You don’t have to navigate those early weeks alone. We’re here for you. 🤍
