Starting June 17th, 2026, we will begin our first 6 week Power Pilates 6 week class. This 6 week class will include 2 pilates sessions per week, every Wednesday and Friday from 5pm-5:45pm.
Power Pilates is a balanced mixture of body control and sculpting/toning while building strength. Watch your body change while utilizing basic and core functions/movements along with a pilates reformer board and other pilates equipment.
This 6 week class is $65 for the full 6 weeks. The one payment covers all sessions for that 6 weeks.
**We are closed July 17th, 2026 and will make up that session the following Friday July 24th, 2026.
