You know there are times in life, that events or other people’s choices affect your direction in life. Some things have been totally out of my control…death, deserted, depression….but some things are from the choices I made.

I told my DIL ❤️ that this Reese’s PB cup sits on my nightstand to represent that I have the choice to do HARD things to make me a better person! It’s my favorite of all times and I can imagine it melting in my mouth and tasting so good!!!! But I wake up every morning and go to sleep every night looking at it (with mouth 🤤drooling) knowing that I can make changes to be better or stay where I am and keep wishing things would change for the better! *PS Not gonna lie, yesterday I almost ate it!!!!

30 days ago, I made the decision to change my eating habits! Today I reached my 30 days and so much has changed in me! Not only physically, but mentally! I have a choice everyday to DO better and BE better for ME!

What can you do or change for 30 days in your daily habits that would help you be more confident in yourself?
Reading God’s Word? Praying? Drink more water? Walk? Avoid something? Learn to say NO?
