What is an RBT?
An RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) is a trained professional who works directly with children and individuals receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. RBTs help teach new skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and support children in reaching their goals.

What Does an RBT Do?
✅ Works one on one with children
✅ Implements treatment plans created by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
✅ Teaches communication, social, play, and daily living skills
✅ Collects data on progress and behavior
✅ Provides positive reinforcement to encourage learning
✅ Helps children build independence and confidence

Who Supervises an RBT?
RBTs work under the supervision of a BCBA, who assesses the child's needs, develops treatment plans, and monitors progress.

Why Are RBTs Important?
RBTs spend the most direct time with children during ABA therapy. They build strong relationships with their clients and play a vital role in helping children learn, grow, and succeed every day.
