We provide short and long-term skilled nursing care that helps older adults achieve true wellness.

The Shoal Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, part of the Wellsential Health network, is proud to serve the Texas City, Texas community. As a non-profit organization, Wellsential Health is focused on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Services such as post-operative care, wound care, IV therapy, and our in-house rehabilitation team set us apart. Unlike facilities that contract

therapy services, our in-house team members provide continuity of care by allowing patients and residents to work with the same occupational, speech, and physical therapists throughout their stay, building trust and strong relationships along the way.

The Shoal Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is now part of the Wellsential Health non-profit network! As we begin this new journey, our commitment remains the same: providing compassionate, skilled nursing care for patients, residents, and their families.
