Our CEO Cristina Contreras MPA, LMSW, FABC was invited to be a guest speaker at the 2026 Greater New York Hospital Association’s (GNYHA)’s Summer Enrichment Program (SEP), a hospital management pipeline initiative. She spoke to the graduate and undergraduate students who are participating in the program about her career journey, her leadership role and responsibilities at NYC H+H Lincoln, and offered them career advice.
SEP is part of GNYHA’s efforts to promote excellence in health care management and is one of the largest programs of its type in the nation, with over 300 students having participated since the program’s inception. Many former participants now work in management positions at hospitals within GNYHA’s membership. Cristina’s leadership role in health care administration and career path provided a valuable perspective to the interns.
