July highlights!

A great month! We enjoyed hosting a wheelchair car wash for one of our facilities, celebrating our Q2 Caregivers of the Quarter Luncheon, settling in to our new office, and connecting with our amazing partners.

June highlights! ☀️⛱️

That’s a wrap on Q2! June was a sweet summer month. We enjoyed providing breakfasts, lunches, and coffee to our hospitals and rehabs, networking with our community partners, hosting grab and gos and mani pedi events for our Conroe, Woodlands, and Kingwood case managers, sponsored a botox and bubbles event for our referral partners, hosted 2 home base friends Markie and Haley, presenting at a hospice in service, supporting our communities as they celebrated the dads on Father’s Day, tabling at the Senior health fair, making new connections in our community, co marketing, monthly management appreciation axe throwing event, and continuing to support families and clients on their care journey.

We are so ready to head in to Q3! We will be moving offices in July and can’t wait to welcome everyone in to our new space. Stay tuned for an open house announcement.

We are so grateful for the privilege to serve our community and support others. Thank you for your connections and support as we work together to best care for our seniors.

We hit 2500+ weekly hours of care!!! This milestone was challenging and so rewarding. We are so thankful for the opportunity to grow and push ourselves to better serve our community. We are so grateful for our partners and staff who make this possible. We can’t wait for the next milestone as we continue to serve our seniors with compassion together!

I couldn’t do it without my amazing Woodlands team - Imani, Anna, Dorothy, Oshim, and Toni. These ladies are the backbone of our operations and such blessings in all that we do. I would also like to shoutout my amazing Top Gun who helped us reach this goal Ashley Yoder and my amazing field consultant Rafaella Vafiadis for her support on this journey. Watch out 3000 here we come!!! 🩵🤟🏻🎉🙌🏻

May was aMAYzing!!!!

We enjoyed celebrating cinco de mayo, Mother’s Day, and Memorial Day. This month we hosted record breaking grab and go events for our community partners, gifted our veterans with thank you bags to celebrate their service, loved on the mama’s in our Cornerstone family with mimosas and flowers, helped celebrate cinco de Mayo with our communities, honored our nurses and facilities for nurse week with breakfasts and other goodies, networking with other awesome partners in The Woodlands, Conroe, Humble, Spring, and Kingwood, hosted our called to care Pickleball fundraiser with our north houston Cornerstone team for local wounded warriors, pampered our case managers with mani pedis, hosted friends from homebase to see our awesome management team, and more!

The big highlight of our month was hosting our phenomenal Top Gun, Ashley Yoder. She was such an asset to our team and became a quick friend and trusted resource to our clients and community. Ashley is greatly missed in The Woodlands and already thriving in her own office in Lake Jackson. We are so proud of her and grateful to be a part of her journey.

April highlights 🌸🐣🌼

Such a sweet month serving our seniors!

This month we enjoyed team bonding at the movies, Easter marketing, grab and go’s, birthday celebrations, networking events, the spring health fair at one of our fav communities, mani pedi appreciation event, lunches for our hospital partners, our first ever caregiver appreciation lunch, and signing up new clients for services.

We have had the honor and joy of hosting our amazing Top Gun candidate Ashley Yoder. She is a huge asset to our team and we wish we could keep her forever! She will be serving the Lake Jackson community later in May, stay tuned!

Q2 is off to a great start! We can’t wait to keep impacting our community and blessing our neighbors.

We are so lucky to care for our community! March was a great month filled with thriving partnerships, events for our referral partners, and strengthening connections with our network to best serve our clients.

We enjoyed hosting lunch & learns for our rehab partners, hospitals, and doctors’ offices, grab & gos for our amazing case managers and social workers, coffee chats with case managers, networking breakfasts with our memory care, hospice, and assisted living partners, a mani pedi event, a crawfish event, tabling with The Top Gun Leadership Development Program | Cornerstone Caregiving crew at TCU, welcoming an amazing new Recruiting Manager to our team, St Patrick’s marketing, signing up new families for services, and more!

Q1 was such a blessing! It is an honor and joy to pray over clients and hear their stories. We are so excited to head in to Q2 this spring and continue impacting our community for good 💚🩷

Happy National Employee Appreciation Day!!!!

We couldn’t do what we do without our amazing team - Imani, Esther, Anna, Dorothy (and new team members Jem and Bre’auna!)

I am so grateful for y’all - the countless hours, compassion with clients and caregivers, flexibility in tough situations, laughs and memories, & highs and lows that we’ve had together. I couldn’t do it with my amazing management team helping hold down the fort at all hours of the day and night. Thank you for the ways you serve our seniors and make Cornerstone a better place.

We also couldn’t do it without our amazing caregivers. Yall are truly the hands and feet of Jesus. We would not have a business without you. Your dedication and selfless love for our clients is unmatched and we are so beyond grateful for your service. Thank you for your countless hours, care, compassion, and calling that you share with us.

What an honor to be in New Orleans this past week for our Top Performers Conference and Operating Director Leadership Team Power Day!

To be in the room with such phenomenal leaders was a privilege. I am walking away with so much new insight, incredible advice, and invaluable relationships built with our homebase team and other top ODs around the US.

The encouragement and motivation is so clear in our Cornerstone family. The compassion and grit of these people is so inspiring. I am still in awe of the job I get to do and company I get to be a part of.

Thank you for shaping me in to a stronger leader, better person, and equipped Operating Director.
