My Instagram feed makes my head spin.
Half the time it’s people offering half-measure solutions to complex problems.
“Fix your back pain with this one stretch.”
“Eliminate knee pain in 30 seconds.”
“Never have shoulder pain again.”
And I’m over here trying not to throw my phone across the room.
But every once in a while…
Something so ridiculous pops up that I can’t even be mad.
This video is one of those moments.
I have absolutely no idea what this guy is trying to accomplish.
Strength?
Mobility?
Coordination?
A concussion?
Your guess is as good as mine.
What I do know is he absolutely smoked himself in the head with that bar.
And if you’re looking for the fastest route to a shiny bald head like mine, repeatedly knocking your own hair out with a steel bar might be an underrated strategy.
Forget genetics.
Forget testosterone.
Forget male pattern baldness.
Just start headbutting gym equipment.
Results guaranteed.
In all seriousness, not every exercise needs to be circus-level complicated.
The goal is to get stronger, move better, and stay healthy.
Not accidentally audition for a fail compilation.
