The Creole Classic Fishing Tournament is coming up quickly! We are only a few weeks away from a weekend of fun and fish, all for a good cause. Did you know Lafourche Arc has a saw shop?🪚💙

Our Point Made saw shop employs individuals with disabilities who cut engineering and construction stakes. We have contracts with several large retailers to provide their inventory. We also accept outside custom orders cut to size.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Raymond Rome. Mr. Raymond lived in Lafourche Arc’s Narrow Community Home until he moved into his own apartment in the Supervised Independent Living Program. Mr. Raymond worked at Grenier Industries for 30+ years until he retired.

Mr. Raymond was well-liked and was a good friend to many. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He especially enjoyed going to dances, parties, and spending time with his girlfriend of 34 years.

Mr. Raymond was loved by all that knew and worked with him, and he will be deeply missed. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and friends during this difficult time. Funeral Arrangements will be announced at a later date.
