It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Raymond Rome. Mr. Raymond lived in Lafourche Arc’s Narrow Community Home until he moved into his own apartment in the Supervised Independent Living Program. Mr. Raymond worked at Grenier Industries for 30+ years until he retired.

Mr. Raymond was well-liked and was a good friend to many. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He especially enjoyed going to dances, parties, and spending time with his girlfriend of 34 years.

Mr. Raymond was loved by all that knew and worked with him, and he will be deeply missed. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and friends during this difficult time. Funeral Arrangements will be announced at a later date.

Our 4th annual BBQ and Bourbon on the Bayou Festival flyer is here!!! Thank you so much to our talented graphic designer, Blaine, for creating a poster that is as action-packed and fun as this year's festival is sure to be.

Make sure to mark your calendars for Saturday, November 7th 2026 on the front lawn of the Harang Municipal Auditorium. You don't want to miss the mouth-watering BBQ, carefully curated bourbons, and spectacular live music that we have planned!

The Lockport Treasure box will close EARLY today (Thursday, 5/28) and tomorrow (Friday, 5/29). We will be OPEN from 8am-2pm. We hope to see all of our shoppers this morning. Thank you for being a part of our Lafourche Arc Family! 💙
