Our perfect baby girl, Leni Frances Plitt, made her arrival on Labor Day🎀

The female body will never cease to amaze me—and neither will the superpower of becoming a mother.

Labor isn’t easy, no matter how much you prepare. It’s powerful, humbling, exhausting, and incredible all at once. And then they place that sweet baby on your chest, and wow… every bit of it is worth it.

Feeling incredibly grateful for a healthy baby girl, a body that carried us through, and this beautiful little blessing we get to love forever🤍

These girls — with some help of my husband who had to interrupt my peaceful Homegoods shopping trip to get me to the clinic — threw me the sweetest little surprise Sprinkle this morning🥹

5 minutes. Two yoga blocks. Big relief. 🙌

This supported chest opener is one of my favorites for desk workers, stressed-filled necks and shoulders, pregnant and nursing mamas, and even weight lifters & runners who need to counteract all that forward posture.

✨ Place one block below your shoulder blades and one behind your head until you feel fully supported. Add slow arm circles for an even deeper stretch.

Breathe. Relax. Let gravity do the work.
