Each of our actions is either from a space of loveā€¦or trying to receive love.

We see this in children but how often do we turn that lens to our own lives?

When was the last time you asked yourself:

ā€œIs there any area of my life that I am seeking in?ā€

ā€œIs there anything I am trying to receive from someone else that only I can give myself?ā€

If our cups are not full (of love) we are operating out of a space of lack and just trying to get our cups filled. It is only when our cup is full and overflows that we can share that love with others. šŸ’œ

I was a villager for one of my dearest friends today and I have to sayā€¦Iā€™m FIRED UP

Why are more people not teaching others how to actually CHANGE their lives?

This is why I do what I do.

This is why I empower woman to take control of and change their lives.

Because within a few hours of talking my friend went from at the end of her rope to hopefulā€¦feeling like she had actionable steps to create real change in her life.

Thatā€™s real.

Thatā€™s powerful.

Thatā€™s my why.

Good job on last weeks inner work assignment!

This week we are taking out two lists and creating another one with the things we are doing that we LOVE and micro steps that will bring us closer to the life we want to be living!

Next week we are going to be creating what I call my ā€˜Microstep Menuā€™! The perfect tool to use when we catch ourselves doom scrollingšŸ˜‚

It was fun to see some new and returning faces!

A few people had the FANTASTIC idea of brining blow up air mattressā€™s, zero gravity chairs, even a couple cushioned floor beds!
These are SERIOUSLY my kind of people!!
When Iā€™m receiving sound, I want all the cozy comfy snuggly thingsā€¦Iā€™m so happy to see my clients feel the same way!

This is your reminder that you are always welcome to bring whatever comfort items you have to make your experience the best it can be! Nothings worse than being uncomfortable when trying to relax.
