Did you notice the new time & new class name on the schedule? π
We had been thinking about this for months.
We had "Sculpt & Strength" on the schedule, and really just kind of highly disliked that name tbh π€£
I mean, we talked about this for months, really.
And finally settled on an amazing elevated name that truly encompasses the class..." Strong & Grounded" π
Why did we have the aversion to "Sculpt & Strength" ?
To us, "sculpt" is a lot about changing the way your body looks, and our intention isn't so much to alter your physical looks, but to change how you feel INSIDE.
That's where long lasting change happens. If you're feeling strong and grounded on the inside, you can make the right choices to support yourself.
Also, the class is about building lasting strength, mobility, and balance that will support you in the long run- we're talking, 5-10 years from now. These are the practices that help your minds and bodies as they naturally change. It is never too early or too late to get started on bringing this to your daily life.
Alex does such a great job of blending functional strength training with supportive affirmations, we just don't think the Sculpt and Strength really captured the true feeling of the class anymore.
And so, we present, Strong + Grounded!
A 45-minute strength-focused class designed to build total-body stability through intentional, controlled movement. Youβll flow through a blend of mat-based core work and functional strength exercises that support balance and mobility. Positive affirmations are sprinkled throughout class to help you stay connected, confident, and present.
