How is everyone faring during this extremely potent time?

The energy influxes from these massive geomagnetic storms can affect us all in different ways including feeling super connected, super ungrounded, emotional, volatile, bliss-filled, fatigued, energized, achy, itchy, powerful, and more. If you’re able, get your bare feet into the earth and/or go for a swim in the ocean, take an epsom salt bath, listen to your body, practice deep breathing, rest when you can, and keep the root of your heart grounded in the frequency of love.

I am personally experiencing a massive heart opening that is presenting itself with buckets of tears among other things, fatigue, bliss, excitement, creative impulses, and super achy muscles.

I know many of you had the opportunity to witness the aurora last night (and perhaps will again tonight too).
