I know there are many “greens” drinks on the market. I encourage you to do your research. Advertising is cool…but peer reviewed research that proves your money is actually going toward something that benefits your body, that’s cooler.

UCLA, MD Anderson, Wake Forest, Yale etc. offer reputable research.
J+ Superfoods have this kind of research behind them, actually more than anything else on the market.

Where are you at with the goals you have set up for this new year? Sometimes we get excited but then self-sabotage. It's definitely okay to brush that off and pick up and begin again - as many times as it takes.

Do you ever feel like there is just too much information we think we need to remember and not enough brain space? Too many pieces that are supposed to fit in the day and not enough energy to get them packed in. I'm excited about our new energy drink that helps us get ready to unlock our mind's potential. Which is your favorite vitamin? I am not a shopping fan and there were too many choices and no way to know if they "worked". With over 30 years of research that show what is going on when I swallow it, I switched to juice plus essentials. It's definitely doing good where vitamins are proving to do more harm than good.
