Lately I have been hearing about so many people struggling with hormone issues, migraines, eczema, inflammation, asthma, infertility, and other health concerns… and it’s made me think so differently about what we bring into our homes every single day.

I’m not saying a cleaning product is the answer to everything. But I do believe the products we use daily play a much bigger role than most people realize.

The cleaners we spray.
The fragrances we breathe in.
What we put on our skin, our kids, our pets, our clothes and around our homes every single day.

Once I started learning more, I couldn’t unsee it.

Making a few simple swaps has changed the way I shop, the way I care for my home, and honestly the way I think about wellness altogether. The crazy part too… I’m actually saving money in the process.

My shampoo and conditioner from my wellness store makes me feel like I just walked out of a fancy salon! ✨

My hair feels so soft and easy to manage. I love the scent 🥥. It’s one of those things that makes you feel more put together even on the messy days.

I love knowing I have access to products like this that don’t have all those harsh chemicals making it a clean and easy swap. Those small changes really add up.

It doesn’t magically fix all of life’s problems…..but good hair definitely helps. 🥰

When every other big brand company started putting safety caps on their products back in the 80s, a man named Frank said “instead of putting safety caps on unsafe products, why don’t we just make safer products?” And that’s when he created the online Wellness Store I talk about all the time. It’s nontoxic household products that are affordable and made in the US. Making sure everything we use in our home is safe. It was the biggest no brainer for us… so we made the switch. And I’m so glad we did 😭🙌🏼

I just wish I had known about this when my kids were little. At least I can help them now as they become mommies to keep their homes safe.

I didn’t realize how many “gaps” I had in my daily routine until I started paying attention to how I was feeling.

Low energy, foggy focus….just off.

I started something simple to support my body more consistently, and it’s been such an easy shift.

Not perfect— just better.

There are so many people right now praying for a lifeboat. Praying for time freedom, to get out of debt, to finally say yes to vacations, extracurriculars, private school, or just not feel that constant stress every time another bill hits or when you have to go get groceries or that tank of gas. And I see it all the time..people praying to God for a way out, a better opportunity, a shift in their life.

And I’ll be really honest, I talk to people every single day who are looking for exactly that. I see the posts, I have the conversations, I hear the desire for something more. And I am always open and transparent about the blessing I have my hands on and willing to share it with anyone who’s ready for it.

But here’s the hard truth. A lot of times, the answer to those prayers is already right in front of them. And when it shows up…they hesitate, they overthink it, they ignore it, or they say yes but don’t actually show up and do the work.

We want the blessing, but we’re not always willing to step into the responsibility that comes with it.

Faith isn’t just praying and waiting. It’s recognizing the opportunity when God places it in front of you and having the courage to actually move on it. He can open the door, but He’s not going to walk through it for you. And He can’t multiply what you’re not willing to use.

Sometimes the lifeboat doesn’t look how you expected. Sometimes it requires growth, consistency, and showing up when it’s inconvenient. That doesn’t make it any less of an answer to your prayers.

If you’ve been asking for more-more time, more freedom, more money, take a second and really ask yourself if you’ve already been given an opportunity that you’ve been too scared or too inconsistent to fully step into. Because the shift you’re praying for might not be coming… it might already be here. 🫶🏼

I don’t know about you but this crazy weather makes my skin dry out. So glad I always have my bff close by.

Keeps my skin hydrated without the greasy feeling.

Always in my purse or bag so I have it at all times.
