Hello everyone!
I’m Jordan, one of the massage practitioners at Ritual Massage and Bodywork, where I work alongside my wife, Sara. My path to becoming a massage therapist has been a winding one. It all began with a bodyworker healing an injury, followed by gaining hands-on experience after meeting someone who practiced massage. Eventually, through some soul-searching and spiritual exploration, I found myself and my heart’s desire to make a difference, fully embracing massage as a career.
I graduated from East-West College of the Healing Arts in 2014 and have since worked in various environments, including spas, medical massage clinics, bathhouses, and med spas. I’ve also honed my skills in other modalities such as gua sha, Reiki, and most recently, Manual Lymphatic Drainage. My massage style is deep and focused, characterized by a rhythmic flow. Additionally, I like to incorporate mobility stretches and techniques to enhance range of motion and postural alignment.
For me, bodywork is a fascinating journey of exploration and a deeply rewarding experience. In my practice, I often experience moments of inspiration that bring me back to a beginner’s mindset, reminding me that there’s always room for growth and understanding.
Beyond massage, I cherish the opportunity to work with people one-on-one. I enjoy meeting new individuals, getting to know their needs, and assisting them in achieving their physical and wellness goals, whether it’s alleviating pain or improving structural alignment. Being a part of their positive transformation is incredibly fulfilling to me.
Outside of my massage practice, I love to play guitar, sing, and write songs. I love hiking and exploring vistas and waterfalls. I practice yoga as often as I can. And I love going to festivals!
So that’s me. I’m very excited to be part of the Heart Seven Collective and would love to work with you. Hope to see you soon!
