There are still openings tomorrow for Steve Herold from Body Align in Towson and his free 15 minute long fascia stretch therapies. What’s fascia stretch therapy?

“FST is a unique and highly effective method of stretching that targets the fascia, which is the connective tissue surrounding muscles, bones, and joints. Unlike traditional stretching techniques that focus on muscles, FST aims to improve the flexibility and mobility of the entire fascial system. A practitioner applies their body as an external force to help clients stretch at angles they otherwise could not get into. Think of it as a sibling to massage. Where massage manipulates fascia at the muscle belly, FST does so at the joint capsule (and into the muscle belly as well).”

Core Fitness is unveiling a 12 week winter online training program on December 1st. This program is built for men over 50 who have some baseline fitness but would like to shed some body fat, add lean muscle, increase flexibility and enhance stability. Each week, they will be sent three online workouts, each highlighting one of these four pillars of fitness: strength, stability, mobility and stamina. Nutrition planning will also be available through our Precision Nutrition partners.

Again, this is a 12 week program, running through the winter, exclusively online with daily and weekly phone, email and video check ins, to make sure adherence is locked in. If you know anyone who might be interested, please put them in touch with me or forward this email.

We are really excited about this program, and I want two volunteers to get excited too!

Good advice. We follow it every day. It’s why we’re the oldest continuous personal training studio in Baltimore.

“Never forget that absolutely everything you do is for your customers. Make every decision — even decisions about whether to expand the business, raise money, or promote someone — according to what's best for your customers.

If you're ever unsure what to prioritize, just ask your customers the open-ended question, "How can I best help you now?" Then focus on satisfying those requests...

It's counterintuitive, but the way to grow your business is to focus entirely on your existing customers. Just thrill them, and they'll tell everyone."
