Jacqueline Rose Permanent Cosmetics I am a Cosmetologist, makeup artist, permanent makeup and medical tattoo artist. My name is Jacqueline, and I have been a permanent makeup artist for ten years.

I am also a certified medical tattoo artist. I tattoo eyebrows, eyeliner and lipstick. I also provide the unique services of nipple and areola reconstruction for mastectomy patients. I also have experience in scar camouflage and re-pigmentation in Vitiligo patients and burn victims.

The first three pictures are of eyeliner done by another permanent makeup artist. The liner is very faint. The wings on the outer edges for the cat eye effect should never be done. The skin is too thin, and the pigment will spread out creating what looks like a smudge. I recommended a bleaching cream for the corners and corrected the upper and lower eyeliner.
