Anxiety/Depression Awareness 2026 TALK IT OUT. DON’T TOUGH IT OUT. Raising awareness for anxiety, depression, & student mental health.

Last Saturday night at the football game, our community came together for a very special moment as we held a Su***de Prevention Balloon Release. 🎈

Each balloon represented a reminder that every life has value, every person matters, and no one should ever feel like they have to face their struggles alone.

As we released the balloons into the sky, we took a moment to remember, to honor, and to spread awareness about the importance of mental health and su***de prevention. 🩵

This was more than just a moment during a football game it was a reminder to check on your friends, listen without judgment, speak up, and let the people around you know that they are loved and supported.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this moment so meaningful. Together, we can continue breaking the stigma, starting conversations, and reminding our community that there is always someone willing to listen. 💜

Your life matters. Your voice matters. You matter.

Thank you Lake County Schools for putting on the su***de prevention football game and letting our HOSA students and student body be apart of it! Last Saturday , we came together for more than just football. We came together to remind everyone in our community that you mattered, your life mattered, and you were never alone.

Our Su***de Prevention Football Game was a night dedicated to spreading awareness, breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, and reminding people that it was okay to speak up when things got hard.
Sometimes, simply asking someone “Are you okay?” could mean more than we realized. We came out and supported our team.
We brought our friends, families, and community together.

We started the conversation.
We stood together to remind others that they were seen, heard, and supported.

The stands were filled with support as our community came together to show that no one had to face their struggles alone.

One conversation could make a difference. One person could make a difference. Together, we could make a difference.

Thank you to everyone who came out, supported the cause, and helped make this night so meaningful. 🩵💜
