The YMCA is proud to offer The Bridge to Rediscovery — a free local Alzheimer’s community support group designed to bring connection, support, and movement to those impacted by memory loss. 💙

This program connects individuals living with Alzheimer’s, along with their caregivers and families, to valuable support services and engaging, tailored physical activity.

📍 Locations: Parrish Health & Fitness YMCA 2210 Cheney Hwy. & Titusville YMCA 2400 Harrison St. (rotating schedule)

Update: We have resumed normal operating hours for the Health & Fitness areas operated by the YMCA as well as lab services. Physical therapy will likely resume operations Wednesday, 5/20, with further updates on that coming soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
