For International HR Day, we are proud to recognize Julie Prettyman, HR Director and Staffing Coordinator at Titusville Nursing & Rehab!

Julie has been part of our team for 4 years, beginning her journey at Oil City Nursing & Rehab before transitioning to Titusville one year ago. In her dual role, she works tirelessly to support both staff and residents while helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Her favorite part of the job is building relationships with people and contributing to a successful team environment. Julie especially enjoys listening to residents’ stories, learning about their lives, making them smile, and helping staff navigate the challenges of each day.

Her coworkers describe her as caring, dedicated, compassionate, supportive, and charismatic — qualities that shine through in everything she does. One of her proudest accomplishments is successfully managing the constantly changing responsibilities of both HR Director and Staffing Coordinator.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her boys, "glamping," cheering on her kids at sporting events, beach life, cooking and baking, and relaxing with friends.

Thank you, Julie, for all that you do for Titusville Nursing & Rehab and the people who call it home!

As Nurses Week comes to a close, we’re looking back on some of the special ways our team celebrated the incredible nurses in our community. 💙 From custom superhero-themed shirts to soup, salad, sandwiches, brownie sundaes, and other treats, our HR Director Julie helped make the week extra special.

It’s a small way to say thank you for the big impact our nurses make each and every day. We are so grateful for all that you do!
