✈️ TSA Updates Medical Ma*****na Travel Guidance
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has updated its official guidance regarding medical ma*****na for air travelers. Medical ma*****na is now listed as permitted in both carry-on and checked baggage when authorized under state medical ma*****na programs.
Patients should still remember:
✔️ Carry your valid medical ma*****na card
✔️ Keep products in their original dispensary packaging
✔️ Check the laws of your destination state before traveling
✔️ Review any airline-specific policies
This is a positive step toward greater recognition of state-authorized medical cannabis programs, but travelers remain responsible for complying with local and state laws at their destination.
