Meet Rachel, our Pilates teacher! When she’s not teaching at our studio she works as a full time mental health therapist. Her goal in each class is to empower individuals to strengthen both their bodies and minds!

Rachel is a loving wife to her husband, Tripp, and mom to her lively three-year-old son, Tom. They love to spend time playing at the park, going on walks downtown and cheering on the Dawgs in Athens.

With her unique background as both a Pilates instructor and mental health therapist, Rachel understands the profound connection between physical and mental well-being. She seamlessly integrates her knowledge of the mind-body connection into her Pilates classes, creating a safe and supportive space for her clients to unlock their full potential.

Rachel’s teaching style is a blend of encouragement, mindfulness, and creativity. She tailors her classes to meet the needs of individuals at any fitness level, ensuring that each session is both challenging and enjoyable. Whether you're a beginner seeking to build core strength or a Pilates pro, Rachel is here to guide you every step of the way.
