Magnesium 101

Standing in front of the magnesium shelf wondering which one you’re supposed to buy? 😵‍💫

You’re not alone! We get this question a lot.

Two common forms are magnesium glycinate and magnesium citrate, and they aren’t necessarily used for the same reasons.

Magnesium citrate can have more of a laxative effect, while magnesium glycinate is often chosen when someone wants a form that’s typically gentler on the stomach.
