A little schedule update: *Lonnell will now be teaching Gentle Yoga on Fridays at 11:00 AM.* We hope you’ll join him for a mindful practice and a beautiful way to ease into the weekend. ✨

🩵 Back to the Mat, Back to Each Other!
After a long summer, we miss seeing all your beautiful faces. So we’re gathering. ✨

Join us for a special community practice! A joyful opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, welcome new ones, and share the many layers of yoga that make this practice so meaningful to us.

Together, Karoll Fernandez Ana Maria Ana Quintana Yoga and Lonnell Graham will share a special class for you: movement, breath, gentle chanting, moments of reflection, yoga philosophy, individual guidance, and deep rest with sound healing.

No experience is needed. You don’t have to be flexible, strong, or know anything about yoga. Just come as you are. 🌿

This offering is for our regular students, those who haven’t been on the mat in a while, and anyone who has been curious to come and experience our community.

We’ll practice together, laugh, reconnect, enjoy some light refreshments, and simply celebrate being together again.

Entre cajas, listas, compras y planes… hay algo que no cabe en ninguna maleta. ❤️

Estos días estamos ocupadas preparando todo para que ellos se vayan:
el dorm, las cosas que necesitan, lo que no pueden olvidar…

Y sin darnos cuenta, estamos también preparando nuestro corazón.

Porque sí, estamos felices.
Muy felices.
Y profundamente orgullosas.

Pero de pronto se nos llenan los ojos de lágrimas.
El pecho se aprieta.
El corazón se llena de emociones que parecen contradictorias.

Alegría. Orgullo. Nostalgia. Miedo. Ilusión.
Amor… muchísimo amor.

Y todas pueden existir al mismo tiempo.

Este es un momento de transición. Y como todo cambio importante, merece ser vivido, sentido y procesado. No tenemos que apresurarnos a “estar bien” ni vivirlo en silencio.

No estás sola. 🤍
