The Science Of Sound:
Hereโs what actually happens to your brain during a sound bath;
Most people live in a constant Beta brainwave state. โBetaโ is the brain wave state associated with stress, overthinking, anxiety, survival mode, multitasking, and mental noise.
Your nervous system was never designed to stay there 24/7.
During a sound bath, the brain begins slowing down.
Through repetitive sound frequencies, vibration, breath, and stillness, the body starts shifting into more restorative brainwave states;
like โAlphaโ brainwaves that are associated with relaxation.
When in the โAlphaโ brainwave state, you experience a meditative state, feeling calmness, reduced stress, and even creativity.
