Summer has proved a little difficult to spend time with my Elementary aged kids and be at the Spa for walk-ins, so I am doing "Summer Hours".

There will be someone at the Spa for walk-ins, on the days that we are open, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Don't worry, there will still be extended hours for scheduled appointments. I actually made it so that Friday and Saturday is an hour longer for those who need more of a later evening appointment. If you have an appointment, someone will be there.

This will allow me some time to be with my kids while they are out of School for the Summer, so thank you for your understanding.

Many of you may have seen my personal post in the Tooele 411 yesterday. I just wanted to put it here as well so that everyone is aware of what is going on and because I appreciate everyone who has supported the Float Spa for all these years.

To be completely transparent, things have been really hard lately at Crystal Float & Wellness Spa.

I’m not posting this for pity. I’m posting this because I believe this Spa matters. For 10 years, this space has helped people with stress, anxiety, chronic pain, sleep, recovery, and overall wellness. I would truly hate to see something that so many people have relied on disappear.

Over the last 8 months, I have poured my whole heart into this place. Every customer interaction, every late night, every improvement, every decision has come from genuinely wanting to help people feel better — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

One of my favorite parts of owning the Spa has been meeting so many incredible people and hearing your stories, struggles, healing journeys, and victories. That part has meant everything to me!

The reality is that small businesses are hard, and right now we are struggling. Appointments have been very slow for the last few months, and keeping the doors open with the costs of a brick-and-mortar location has become incredibly difficult.

If you’ve been meaning to book an appointment, buy a gift certificate, share a post, tell a friend, or come try a service for the first time — now would mean more than ever.
