Speed up bone healing—naturally.

Comfrey has been used for centuries in trauma medicine, and for good reason. A simple compress can support the healing process after a fracture.

✅ Use only the leaves and stems (not the root—too potent for safe use).
✅ Steep in just-boiled water for 15 minutes to make a strong tea.
✅ Soak a clean cloth in the infusion and apply to the site of injury.

Comfrey stimulates tissue regeneration, supports bone healing, and can help reduce inflammation. Use with care, and always consult with your practitioner before starting any herbal protocol.
