Medical Front Office Coordinator / Insurance & Billing Specialist
📍 Topeka, KS
💰 $19–$24/hour (based on experience)
🕒 Full-time, M–F, 8:30am–5:00pm

What you'll be doing:
✅ Greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments & deliveries
✅ Verifying insurance & handling billing/claims
✅ Keeping our office running like a well-oiled machine
✅ Being part of a close-knit team that actually sees your hard work

What we're looking for:
✔️ 3+ years admin/front office experience (healthcare or DME a big plus!)
✔️ Someone with initiative who doesn't need to be told twice
✔️ Detail-oriented, organized, and great with people
✔️ A positive attitude — we like our patients and we LOVE our team 💙
