Meet Elia! ✨

A Paul Mitchell Overland Park graduate, Elia completed esthetics school in January 2023. She joined our Dermatology clinic in May 2025 and officially transitioned to the Radiance Medical Spa team full-time in July.

Her favorite treatment is SkinPen microneedling, and she’s passionate about helping patients achieve healthier, more confident skin while continuing to grow her skills as an esthetician.

Outside of work, Elia enjoys getting creative with arts and crafts, staying active, and spending quality time with her family.

We’re so excited to have Elia on our Medical Spa team and can’t wait for you to meet her! 💙
