This is exactly why I tell people. Don’t quit just because you’re not there yet.

Paola Mata goal for the last 30 days was to lose -7lbs.

She didn’t just hit it, She lost 9.4lbs and earned her NEXT 30 DAYS FREE💪🏾

I also want to give a special shout out to Coach Kiara Ortiz ❤️ Paola was already training with her and wanted to add another level of accountability, nutrition and structure to what she was already doing. Instead of choosing one or the other, she took advantage of both and the results speak for themselves.

This one got me 🥹

Three months ago, Chulo made a decision that a lot of people struggle to make👇🏿

He decided to finally put himself first🗣️

For years, it was always about everyone else.

Making sure other people were good.
Taking care of responsibilities.
Showing up for everybody else.

But somewhere along the way, he realized If you don’t take care of yourself, eventually you won’t be able to take care of the people you love the way you want to.

So he made a commitment 🔐

One thing I respect about Cisco is that he trusted the process. He showed up and he stayed coachable. He didn’t need everything to be perfect. He just kept moving forward.

That’s the part people don’t see.

Not every transformation is loud. Some are built in silence. 💯

Today, it’s your turn bro Martelis Davis 💪🏿

For over a year, he’s been showing up. No excuses. No need for attention. No chasing recognition. Just putting in the work 💪🏿

He’s a husband. A father. A man working multiple jobs.
Every day, people depend on him.

But somewhere along the journey, he made one powerful decision:

“I have to take care of me too.”

Man 🥹 Where do I even start?

Today, Nadine 💋 weighed out from another 30 day challenge, and not only did she hit her goal and earn ANOTHER FREE MONTH, she’s now officially 40 pounds down! 💪🏾

-40lbs is a huge milestone 💐

People see the number but they don’t always see what it took to get there.

They don’t see the mornings she didn’t feel like coming.
They don’t see the days life got busy.
They don’t see the weeks where the scale didn’t move as fast as she wanted.
They don’t see the moments where it would’ve been easy to quit.

But I did 😞

And through all of it, one thing never changed👇🏿

Nadine kept showing up.

She stayed coachable. She trusted the process. She kept putting one foot in front of the other, even when every month wasn’t perfect.

That’s what I respect the most 💯

Success isn’t about having a perfect journey. It’s about refusing to let one bad day, one bad week, or one setback become the reason you stop.

This is why I always say, you never know whose life you’re going to change when you refer someone you care about.

First, I want to give a huge thank you to ladyproud123 🙏🏾 Cynthia came in, trusted the process, got some amazing results herself, and then did something I truly appreciate. She referred someone she cared about🫶🏿
