“Actually” 🤓☝🏼 you can park there now! For any and all members you can now park in the Tony’s parking lot after-hours or when their “CLOSED” sign is up. We appreciate him doing this so go show your support and enjoy a solid breakfast or lunch before or after your workout 💪🏼

MEET THE NEWEST ATLAS TRAINER – Isabella

We’re excited to introduce Isabella, now training at Atlas Fitness & Health Center!

With over 5 years of experience, Isabella brings a certified and strong foundation in functional personal training, nutrition coaching, and kinesiology. But what truly sets her apart—she lives what she teaches.

As a mom of a 1-year-old, she understands firsthand how challenging it can be to balance fitness, nutrition, and everyday life, but still makes it happen.

Isabella is passionate about helping:
