As true as those words are for Natalie, they can speak volumes for those that are faced with many illnesses, as well as those that care for them.

There are hard days. Sometimes, more than we can seem to bare. And it is okay to cry. It is okay to scream. It is okay to feel scared or paralyzed with fear. It is okay to be angry and broken. And it is okay to smile and even laugh, when you may otherwise feel like you are carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders. There is always hope. There is support. You are not alone. You do not have to navigate this journey and without help. We are just a phone call away.
