FITNESS ISN’T ALWAYS FLASHY!!🚨🚨🚨

Good Use of Bands:
Mobility
Strength Development
Muscle Conditioning
Resistance Training
Power
Explosiveness
Etc

Pretty much it’s hard to go wrong with bands. Today it we used it to help glute engagement for B. A tight glute was creating a lot of tightness in B’s him region. When we wrap the bands around the ankle and move one leg in a triangle pattern it creates proper glut activation which releases the muscle reducing tension in the hip region. Subsequently reducing the pain and allowing for more fluid hip movement.

If you want to find any muscle weakness you have or want to develop a weak area, grab a band and get to work. The smallest of movements can make the world of a difference with a band.
