Working out is Movement:
I found a gym in Timonium where i can lift weights, do Cardio, crossfitness, yoga and climb😁
I like this gym because it's for Climbers. [Always reaching new levels.] And it's bar work[my favorite]. I got my Lats right today on the Bar. I was impressed with the official pull up bar spread... [so i got drunk] bar💪🏾🧗🏽‍♂️
