Back in the states for a few weeks! I haven’t felt a breeze this cold in 6 months. I Have to admit, it feels nice to take a walk without breaking a sweat. Been getting my steps in at lake chabot. One thing about me is, I need to be near nature. It is so peaceful 💕. Oh and we went to the farmers market on Sunday. The fresh watermelon smoothie’s were 10 dollars!! Before Thailand, I wouldn’t have even bat an eye. Just would have pulled out my card and enjoyed it. Principal alone wouldn’t let me do it. 😩🤣🤣

Got an amazing 60 minute full body Massage that cost me 15 dollars. 😩💕😂😂Then I decided to walk to the cafe for dinner and take a stroll on the beach. At the cafe, I met a black British brother and sister. They moved to Thailand with their 90 year old mom a year ago. They were really sweet. We see each other often but this was our first time actually conversing. All sorts of things come to me when I am by the ocean. An overwhelming sense of peace, clarity and worldly perspective. Like I am one with all creation. Anyway just thought I would share a bit of how life is going in

Don’t be so worried about the thieves of the world trying to steal your possessions that you ignore the thief in your mind trying to steal your peace and promise. Lock in, meditate, get active, do things that make you happy and bring you joy, give yourself something to look forward to everyday, even if it’s something small. Vibrate at the frequency of your dream life right now. Your new reality starts right there💕🧚🏾‍♀️
