Picture dump from the seminar and in house tournament. It’s a massive pleasure and honor to have such incredibly talented, knowledgeable and good human beings in our humble gym. Everyone learned some GREAT new stuff, and lots of laughs were shared around the room. One of my coaches from back home in the US, Ryan Mech, promoted me to the rank of brown belt, which is a huge honor. Thank you everyone so much for participating! And of course, a MASSIVE thank you so to Corey and Ryan!

When is it? 3x a week, 30 minutes. Monday at 7a, Wednesday at 7a, Sat and 10a
