You don’t have to come with the “right” question. You don’t need to know anything about the Akashic Records. You can simply bring your curiosity and whatever is present for you.

There’s something special about gathering outside, slowing down, and letting yourself be held by the sounds of the bowls, the energy of Reiki, and the natural world around you.

This Sunday, August 16, Anna and I are creating space for just that — an outdoor Reiki + Sound Bath surrounded by nature. 🌿✨

I’m so excited to be part of Northern Resonance Yoga Festival this Saturday at Twin Lakes!

I’ll be offering mini sound sessions throughout the morning, and then at 6:30 PM, I’ll be joining Amanda Meyer for a Restorative Yoga + Sound Journey—an evening to soften, settle, and let yourself be held by the practice and the sound. ✨
