As we move deeper into autumn, the Hunter’s Moon invites us to slow down, get grounded, and take a little time to reflect on what we’re holding onto and what we want to make space for.

🌕 Hunter’s Moon Tea Ceremony & Sound Bath

Join Kari and me on Monday, October 26, from 6:00–7:15pm at Poppy & Someday for an evening of tea, reflection, intention setting, and sound.

This year’s Hunter’s Moon falls in Ta**us, an earth sign associated with grounding, comfort, and reconnecting with what feels steady and nourishing. It feels like a beautiful invitation to come back to ourselves as the seasons change.

We’ll weave sound into our tea ceremony, make space for reflection and journaling, and close with a sound bath to settle in and simply receive.

A chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life, connect with yourself, and spend a little time being rather than doing. 💛

A new chapter, with a name that makes room for what’s unfolding. 💛

After eight years as Courageous Life Counseling, I’m beginning something new: Soul Resonance Collective.

This isn’t a full stop — it’s an evolution. A space centered on sound, stillness, reflection, and connection.

Pause. Listen. Remember.

And here’s what matters most: nothing you already love is going anywhere.

Thursday Evening Unwind, Centering Sunday, Reiki + Sound with Kari & Anna, private sessions, our outdoor gatherings — all of it continues. Same me, same space, same sessions, just under a name that reflects this next chapter.

I’m keeping my clinical license, but for now, my work is taking a different shape. I’m not seeing therapy clients, and I’m giving myself space to be curious about what comes next. The future is still open, and for maybe the first time in a while, I’m at peace with not knowing exactly where it leads.

And I’d love for you to celebrate this new chapter with me:

Tomorrow is the equinox — a moment of balance, when day and night meet as equals.
