Grand Traverse County commission on aging currently has respite caregivers available for four hour shifts for free based on income sliding scale.

If you have a loved one and you need a break to go get your hair done go see a doctor go with lunch with your friends etc. this is a respite position and it's time for you to take care of you while your loved one is looked after for you.
