Las Animas County Rehabilitation Center is hiring!
Full Time Position: Trinidad location. Residential Manager. Individual will be supervising the Residential Services Program for adults with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, training, regulatory compliance, documentation, and client support.
Requirements for position are a high school diploma/GED, valid Colorado driver license and ability to successfully pass a background check. Leadership/Management and direct support experience preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Accounting from a four year college or university or A.A. with four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must pass background check and have valid driver license.
Skills: Accounting, 10 key calculator, ability to operate a computer utilizing Microsoft Windows environment, Excel, Word. Ability to learn CYMA accounting software and Paycom Payroll system.
Duties: Accountable for the technical analysis of all fiscal accounting records.
Required to supervise and review all general accounting operations performed by bookkeeping staff. Directly supervises up to 6 employees in the Accounting Dept.
Benefits: Vacation and sick pay accrual and usable from day one. 7 paid holidays per year. 4% match for 401k after one year of employment.
