Clients baseline when first seen was walking with a wheeled walker, bent over at almost a 90° angle due to low back and hip pain.

Client received, and continues to receive regular myofascial release therapy. His goal is to return to cross-country ski skiing. Client is very driven and wants to maintain as much independence and physical activity as possible.

Current results: client walks upright, no Walker, cane or assistive device, exercises regularly, is purchasing his cross-country skis for this year.

Nerd out with me! During structural releases, there comes a time when the body begins releasing its own anti inflammatory, anti cancer, and pro circulatory signals to the body. Repeated sessions build on each other bringing lasting results of pain relief and resolution of other unexplained symptoms. This gentle bodywork is very powerful and could change the way you look at the body and maybe your life as well if you will allow!
